The next sections gives readers strategies for how to serve in a way that is emotionally safe for themselves and others. Finally, the construct section helps leaders to develop strategy for how to structure their ministry in a way that is conducive to policies and ways of operation that are safe. Within the book are also, individual activities and introspective questions that will help every reader to implement the strategies into their lives and ministries.
